From Memorial Road Church at Edmond, OK to Hillsboro Church, Nashville, TN.1981--Youth minister intern and youth minister
1992--In January became the head of the Family Life Ministry in addition to his role as Youth Minister.
1998--After 17 faithful years as Youth Minister, James Waugh assumed leadership of the Community Outreach Ministry.
2002--James Waugh resigned as the Commuity Outreach Minister to become the pulpit minister of the Hillsboro Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
